While you're here at Dolliff Pond you can take a hike along the Ragged Mountain Trail, and Dolliff Pond is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Cozy Pines Campground is a wonderful local campground. Summertime highs at Dolliff Pond commonly tend to be in the 70's, and the nighttime is a bit       colder of course, mostly in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are frequently in the 20's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Dolliff Pond temperatures drop to the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. A day on the slopes of Camden is just what you need, and the Mount Battie Trail is a wonderful hiking trail nearby. And that's not all you can do here at Dolliff Pond. Swamps like Smiths Millpond Bog next to Dolliff Pond make for nice sites to pop                  by, and get dripping wet paddling on Ducktrap River. Wilson Brook is a stream that you may bump into during your stay; possibly you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Little Pond is just a very short distance away. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of people from Rockland here, and you can see Morey Hill from Dolliff Pond. If you need a site to stay The Jeweled Turret Inn is a good choice, and whitewater paddling is magnificent on St. George River. There's so much to do here at Dolliff Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Aldus Shores Lakeside Camping is a splendid location for that; unsurprisingly, this is a delightful vicinity for people who like lakes, Quantabacook Lake is a lake around here. That right there is a load already, but it continues; Dolliff Pond has it all. If the weather is great here at Dolliff Pond, you can go for a hike along the Mount Megunticook Trail.
