You're probably hooked on lakes, Lower Hot Brook Lake is one of those close by, and in case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Baskahegan Stream. For the period of the long       summer days at Dingey Pond temperatures are usually in the 70's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Dingey Pond. Don't leave Dingey Pond without first going for a hike along the Potters Trail; if you came for an overnight stay Mountain View Campground is a magnificent location to camp.
