It's always fun to stop by Depot Pond. High temperatures at Depot Pond through the summertime months are in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Depot Pond drop into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Chimney Pond Campground since you're here at Depot Pond, and you can go for a hike on the Dudley Trail. So

Depot Pond is a place with many visitors from Bangor, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Nesowadnehunk Stream River. set aside some time for Great Basin if you're here at Depot Pond, and don't leave Depot Pond without first going for a hike along the South Branch Trail. If you came for an overnight stay Roaring Brook Campground is a good spot
to camp. An average amount of precipitation falls at Depot Pond; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
