    Beautiful Daymond Pond has much to offer visitors. After a long day outdoors Bingham Motor Inn is a glorious place to spend a night or two. Don't leave Daymond Pond without first going for a hike along the Sally Mountain Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Moose River Campground is a nice site to camp. High temperatures at Daymond Pond during the warm days of summer are in the 70's. Summer night lows sink down to the 50's. For the period of the winter  
   the highs are mostly in the 20's; overnight lows at Daymond Pond during the wintertime regularly drop into the-10's.
Daymond Pond gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Mud Pond is in the vicinity of Daymond Pond, and let's not forget Kimball Brook which is a stream that you may encounter during your stay.
 
               Go for a hike on the Bald Mountain Trail, and why not camp at Jackman Landing Campground while you're here at Daymond Pond.
If only every site had this much outdoors cool things, what a great globe it would be. You could also explore Coburn Pond while you're here at Daymond Pond; it's close by; there's whitewater on Little Spencer Stream for all you thrill seekers. There's wonderful hiking along the Alder Brook Trail, and there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Penobscot River - South Branch.
