     You could also explore Elbow Pond while you're here at Daicey Pond; it's close by, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Nesowadnehunk Stream River. You truly should go for Daicey Pond. A short visit to Big Niagara Falls is always worthwhile, and splendid skiing awaits you at Big Squaw. Throughout the warm days of summer here at Daicey Pond, high temperatures regularly reach the 70's, and through the night it cools  
   down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for Daicey Pond tend to be in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Daicey Pond is a brilliant location to visit for more than one day, Frost Pond Campground is a brilliant location to camp nearby.
Chimney Pond Campground is a wonderful local campground, and there is a splendid hiking trail close by called the Abot Trail. The Abol Trail is a great hiking
 
               trail next to Daicey Pond, and everyone loves Foster Field. Daicey Pond is a good site of typical rainfall; through the month of July you get the most rain around here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is good here at Daicey Pond, you can go for a hike along the Blue Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Nesowadnehunk Stream offers some glorious whitewater. Nearby lakes? Sure, Lily Pad Pond is next to Daicey Pond, and it's a delightful idea to check out Nesowadnehunk Stream.
