Daicey Pond is right by the Blue Trail, and Elbow Pond is a brilliant lake close by. During the long summer days at Daicey Pond temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Daicey Pond. That right there is a heap already, but it continues; Daicey Pond has it all.       If you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Nesowadnehunk Stream; you can have a perfect hiking adventure along the Abot Trail. Very delightful scenery and pleasant skiing is what you get at Big Squaw, and Foster Field is a delightful place here at Daicey Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Big Niagara Falls is a pleasant local attraction; some close by water includes Nesowadnehunk Stream. An average amount of rain falls                  at Daicey Pond; most of the rain falls during July while February is mostly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. A magnificent place to camp here at Daicey Pond is Chimney Pond Campground. Whitewater paddling is glorious on Nesowadnehunk Stream River, and camping is available at Frost Pond Campground.
