    Daicey Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is so wonderful. On a wonderful day at Daicey Pond you can take a hike along the Blue Trail, and Foster Field is a pleasant site here at Daicey Pond. The Abol Trail is a perfect hiking trail next to Daicey Pond, and you can hit the slopes at Big Squaw around here. Summertime highs at Daicey Pond frequently tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. All through  
   the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Daicey Pond all through the wintertime typically dip into the-10's.
There's so much to do here at Daicey Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Chimney Pond Campground is a splendid place for that; there are some glorious whitewater spots on Nesowadnehunk Stream. What a spot this is for outdoors people. Not far from Daicey Pond, you'll stumble on Daisey Pond which is a stunning lake;
 
               nearby you find the Abot Trail which is a good hiking trail. A short tour to Big Niagara Falls is always worthwhile. Lakes? Sure, Slaughter Pond is around here.
The annual rainfall here at Daicey Pond is about average; during the month of July you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side journey to Nesowadnehunk Stream. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Nesowadnehunk Stream River, and if you came to camp Frost Pond Campground is a glorious spot to do that.
