During your visit to Daggett Bog you'll meet some folks from Lewiston-Auburn for sure, and get your heart beating on the splendid whitewater of Chandler Brook. Summertime at Daggett Bog arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Daggett Bog temperatures drop to the 10's. This lake is       so wonderful. If you came to camp Allen Pond Campground is a brilliant spot to do that, and a visit to Auburn Municipal Beach is always a good idea. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Lost Valley, and there's whitewater on Nezinscot River for all you thrill seekers. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the area close to Daggett Bog has to offer. Not far from Daggett Bog, you'll stumble on Gulf Island Pond which is a wonderful lake, and                  do put some time aside to spend at Glenrock Spring since you're here at Daggett Bog.
