    A visit to Daggett Bog is always a good idea. Daggett Bog gets a large amount of water; most of the rain falls all through November, and the driest month is September. Daggett Bog is a good site to visit for more than one day, Allen Pond Campground is a good site to camp nearby; at Daggett Bog you always meet someone from Lewiston-Auburn. For the duration of the summer months at Daggett Bog highs are mostly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop  
   down into the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Daggett Bog fall into the 10's.
This lake is so wonderful. Glenrock Spring is a picturesque spot to visit while you're at Daggett Bog, and if you need a place to stay Residence Inn Auburn is a good choice. Stay the night at Maine Campground Owners Association; paddling on Nezinscot River is so much fun. Life's too short to enjoy all the
 
               exciting things close to Daggett Bog. This is a great area for people who like lakes. Berry Pond is a lake in the vicinity, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Lost Valley.
Clark Mountain can be spotted from Daggett Bog, and one of the best things about this place is its proximity to Auburn Municipal Beach. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at close by Gulf Island Pond; a nice nearby hotel is Econo Lodge Auburn. This lake is so wonderful. Soar down the rapids of Chandler Brook in a kayak.
