    Cranberry Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is so wonderful. The Bald Mountain Trail is a perfect hiking trail close to Cranberry Pond. For the period of the warm months, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Cranberry Pond. Summer night lows plunge down to the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are typically in the 20's; nighttime lows all through the winter for Cranberry Pond tend to be in the 0's. Any time is a good time at Cranberry  
   Pond if you go for the outdoors. What would a spot like Cranberry Pond be without interesting close by characteristics like Eagle Bluff; do pop by Parks Pond, it's a delightful lake.
On a pretty day you get a panorama of Chick Hill from Cranberry Pond; you can stay the night at Parks Pond Campground. Cranberry Pond gets a common amount of rain; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily November, that's the one that rains the most while February is regularly
 
               the driest month. Float down the rapids of Tannery Brook River in a kayak, and after a long day outdoors Twilite Motel is a good site to spend a night or two.
This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is great here at Cranberry Pond, you can go for a hike along the Old Gold Mine Trail, and a great close by hotel is White Birches Country Club. While you're here at Cranberry Pond you can take a hike along the Peaked Mountain Trail. There's so much to do here at Cranberry Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Branch Lake Camping Area is a fine site for that. If you come at the right time of year, Sunkhaze Stream offers some good whitewater, and you'll stumble on a delightful lake called Cedar Swamp Pond.
