A lake close by is Toddy Pond, and if you came for an overnight stay Balsam Cove Campground is a delightful location to camp. Enjoy a round of golf at Bucksport Golf Club not far from Craig Pond, and do pop by Craig Pond Dam while you're here. Craig Pond is a good site of normal rain; throughout the month of November you get the most rain around here; February is when it's the driest.  | 16 miles away Pushaw Lake Campground is located on Pushaw Lake in Orono, Maine. It is an 8 mile long lake with wonderful swimming and fishing. We have two laundry , two bathroom and shower facilities, as well as a Store, Gift Shop, Moose Cafe' with free WIFI in the Cafe for all our guest to enjoy, recreation hall and Arcade.
We rent Canoes and Kayaks for those of you that would like to get out on the lake and enjoy some of the beautiful nature that surrounds us. Maybe you just want to lay around on our beach and do nothing but listen to the loons, whatever the case may be come and do it with us at Pushaw Lake Campground and let us make your camping experience the best yet.... |
