    Cooper Pond is a lake worth visiting. Go for a hike on the Jo-Mary Trail, and if you've had enough of Cooper Pond, Duck Pond is nearby. An average amount of precipitation falls at Cooper Pond; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily July, that's the one that rains the most; February is when it's the driest. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things to do are in fact bountiful here at Cooper Pond. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go  
   whitewater paddling on Nahmakanta Stream; perhaps you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Mud Pond is just a very short distance away.
If you came for an overnight stay Big Moose Campground is a nice place to camp, and Pleasant River - East Branch is a perfect whitewater spot nearby. Chimney Pond Campground is a brilliant campground nearby, and good hiking is available along the Packards Trail. This lake is so wonderful. It's a fine idea to stop at Cooper
 
               Brook, it's close to Cooper Pond, and if you need a place to stay Katahdin Inn is a good choice.
Going for a hike on the Telephone Trail is always a magnificent adventure. All through the days of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Cooper Pond. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are ordinarily in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Cooper Pond fall into the-10's.
