If you came for an overnight stay Twin Pond Campground is a great spot to camp, and you can go for a hike on the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Clearwater Pond. Temple Stream is a nice whitewater spot close to Clearwater Pond, and Titcomb has delightful slopes and a friendly staff. This lake is so wonderful. Mill Pond is a fine lake close       to Clearwater Pond; if you need a place to stay Comfort Inn & Suites is a splendid choice. For the duration of the summer highs here at Clearwater Pond reach the 70's, and the night is somewhat cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Clearwater Pond fall into the 0's. A brilliant close by hotel is Wilson Lake Inn; Sugarloaf USA is                  a very popular ski area close at hand. Clearwater Pond generally gets a good deal of rainfall; November is the wettest month with most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Nor-40 Campground if you're here at Clearwater Pond, and a great location for whitewater paddling is Sandy River. Lakes?
