     If you came to camp Pelletier's Campground is a great site to do that, and a nice spot for whitewater paddling is Fish River. Yep, outdoors amusing things to do are in fact abundant here at Chase Ponds. On a splendid day at Chase Ponds you can take a hike along the Round Trail. If you get bored of Chase Ponds, you could also pop by close by Beaver Tail Pond; camping at Little Black Check Point is always a good experience. Chase Ponds is a good spot of normal  
   precipitation; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month is February.
The warmest time of the year at Chase Ponds comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 10's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Chase Ponds descend into the-10's. Get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Big Brook River, and if you're
 
               here you can take a hike along the Fox Brook Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is wonderful here at Chase Ponds, you can go for a hike along the Island Pond Trail, and Chase Ponds is not the only site close by, Togue Pond is a close by lake.
