The Island Pond Trail offers hiking at its best, and do stop by Beaver Tail Pond, it's a charming lake. Chase Ponds is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Little Black Check Point is a wonderful local campground, and a pleasant location for whitewater paddling is Fish River. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Chase Ponds, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
