    If you like lakes and you're in this part of Maine you can check out Chapman Pond. Summer at Chapman Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are typically in the 20's; overnight lows throughout the winter for Chapman Pond tend to be in the 0's. If you need a location to stay Mid Way Motel is a great choice, and you can go for a hike on the Weeks Brook Trail. There's so much to do here at Chapman  
   Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Windsong Campgrounds is a perfect spot for that; there are pleasant places to discover along the Province Brook Trail.
Chapman Pond is a rather wet place regularly with a good deal of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily November, that's the one that rains the most, and September on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Chapman Pond, you could also explore
 
               close by Black Lake, and skiing at King Pine is one of those things you just ought to do. This lake is so wonderful. From Chapman Pond you acquire a brilliant panorama of Fork Hill.
If you came to camp Woodland Acres Campground is a wonderful site to do that, and good skiing awaits you at Shawnee Peak. So much enjoyable stuff to do here at Chapman Pond, too pleasant to be true. You can take a little tour to Black Lake Dam if you're here at Chapman Pond, and great hiking is available along the Kearsarge Trail. A perfect nearby hotel is Jockey Cap Motel & Country, and Ossipee River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby.
