You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area close to Chandler Deadwater has to offer. In case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Munsungan Stream, and you can go for a hike       on the Munsungan Lake Tote Road. Millinocket Stream is a splendid whitewater spot near Chandler Deadwater, and do put some time aside to spend at Boars Head Falls if you're here at Chandler Deadwater. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Umcolcus Sporting Camps, and going for a hike on the Millinocket Lake Tote Road is always a tremendous adventure. Gilman Beach is near Chandler Deadwater and is a delightful beach to visit, and there's some                  flowing water nearby, Deadwater Brook is a stream you can stop by while here. During the months of summer highs here at Chandler Deadwater get into the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for Chandler Deadwater tend to be in the-10's. An average amount of precipitation falls at Chandler Deadwater; July is when you get the most rain here, and February is when it's the driest.
