    Go to Chain Lakes if you want to go to a nice lake. A spree to Sarampus Falls will fill your spirit with perfect feelings, and drift down the rapids of Dead River - North Branch in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. Some close by water includes Gold Brook; if you're interested in hydro structures, you can stop by Chain Lakes Dam. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Chain Lakes, you'll discover Natanis Pond which is a striking lake, and Sisk Mountain is  
   wonderful and can be observed from here.
If you come at the right time of year, Cupsuptic River offers some great whitewater, and what would winter be without some skiing at Saddleback. Very pretty scenery and great skiing is what you get at Sugarloaf USA. Camping is available at Cathedral Pines Camping Area, and do take a hike on the Arnold Trail.
At Chain Lakes during the summertime months highs are in the 70's. Summer night lows dip down to the
 
               50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's, and overnight lows in the-10's for Chain Lakes. If only every place had this much outdoors entertaining things, what a great world it would be. If you came for an overnight stay Black Arrow Lodge is a great site to camp, and Chain Lakes is right by the Arnold Pond Trail. Chain Lakes is a good site of common precipitation; July is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is February.
Lakes are splendid; Bugeye Pond is a lake that's close to Chain Lakes, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Morrell Trail.
