Center Pond is right by the Alder Brook Trail, and camping is available at Woody's Campground and Cottages. At Center Pond all through the summertime months highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 20's, and night lows at Center Pond all through       the wintertime mostly fall into the-10's. The amount of precipitation that falls at Center Pond is close to the national average; throughout the month of July you get the most rain around here; February is when it's the driest.
