Chapman Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and don't forget to take a great little tour to Olney Brook. This lake is so wonderful. Do take a look at Wellmans Pond near Center Pond, it's a gorgeous lake, and wonderful scenery and wonderful skiing is what you       obtain at New Hermon Mountain. Summertime highs at Center Pond commonly tend to be in the 70's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Center Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Center Pond gets a normal amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls throughout November, and the driest month of the year is February. Dry warm beds await you at Londonderry                  Inn, and Peaked Mountain is stunning and can be spotted from here.
