    What a nice lake Cedar Pond is. Very wonderful scenery and wonderful skiing is what you get at Camden, and there is a glorious hiking trail close by called the Western Head Trail. If you need a place to stay Camden Harbour Inn is a good choice, and the Ebens Head Trail is a good hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful. People from Rockland love to come to Cedar Pond; there are some great whitewater spots on Goose Falls.
Summer brings highs in the
 
   70's to Cedar Pond, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's; night lows through the wintertime for Cedar Pond tend to be in the 10's. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff to do are truly plentiful here at Cedar Pond. On a magnificent day at Cedar Pond you can take a hike along the Trail Point Trail, and camping at Duck Harbor Campground is always a wonderful experience. You clearly should like  
               Cedar Pond. After a long day outdoors Whitehall Inn is a perfect site to spend a night or two, and on a fine day it's a great idea to spend the day at Indian Camp Beach.
If you're here at Cedar Pond, do take a spree to The Basin. If you want to hit the beach, Clayfers Beach is close by; on a nice day you can explore Mill River, a swamp in the vicinity of Cedar Pond. There's whitewater on Ducktrap River for all you adrenaline people, and if you came to camp Greenlaws RV and Tenting Park is a great site to do that.
Cedar Pond gets much water; the wettest month of the year is generally November, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is July. Basin High Mountain can be distinguished from Cedar Pond; if you get bored of Cedar Pond you could also stop by nearby Carvers Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Folly Ledge is a nice spot to visit close by, and some close by water includes Mill Creek.
