This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Econo Lodge Inn & Suites is a good choice; if you came for an overnight stay Allagash Gateway Campsite is a great place to camp. Cedar Lake is a good place of typical rainfall; July is the wettest month with most rain, and February meanwhile       is the driest month. Don't leave Cedar Lake without first going for a hike along the Ragged Mountain Trail; Chewonki's Big Eddy Campground is a tremendous local campground. Be careful coming to Cedar Lake, you might not ever want to return back home again. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Oak Knoll Brook Deadwater; going for a hike on the Cedar Lake Trail is always a splendid adventure. This is a great neighborhood for                  people who like lakes. Flatiron Pond is a lake in the neighborhood, and you can go for a hike on the Gray Ledge Dam Trail. There's whitewater on Penobscot River - West Branch for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and why not take a little trip to Sand Beach Brook if you're here. Summertime at Cedar Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the winter highs are mostly in the 20's with temperatures at Cedar Lake dipping down into the-10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful.
