Float down the rapids of Northern Inlet in a kayak; since you're here you have to go to Fox Point. This lake is so wonderful. A lake nearby is Little Cathance Lake, and do have a look at Cathance Lake Dam while you're here. Any time is a magnificent time at Lake Cathance if you love the outdoors. A nice place to camp here at Lake Cathance is Cobscook Bay State Park. A trip to Roosevelt Campobello International Park is worthwhile, naturally you could also stop

| | at Patrick Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. Paddling on Cathance Stream is so much fun; why not camp at Chet's Camps while you're here at Lake Cathance. The high level of rain makes Lake Cathance a pretty wet location; November is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month is June. All through the days of summer, highs generally are in the 70's at Lake Cathance, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Lake Cathance are in the 0's.
