Spend the day on the beach at Old Orchard Beach while you're here at Cascade Brook, and Blue Point Hill is stunning and can be seen from here. Hit the slopes at Lost Valley close by; dry warm beds await you at Pride Motel and Cottages. This lake is so wonderful. Why not go to nearby Beaver Brook if you're here at Cascade Brook; a great site for whitewater paddling is Royal River. There's so much to do here at Cascade       Brook that you need to camp here for a while, Hid'n Pines is a perfect spot for that; you're sure to encounter some good people from Portland-South Portland here. During your stay at Cascade Brook do pop by nearby Surfside Beach, and Scarboro Marshes is an attention-grabbing swamp close to Cascade Brook. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Wild Duck Campground, and of course, this is a great neighborhood for people who like lakes, Milliken Pond is                  a lake around here. If you need a location to stay Auberge by the Sea B & B is a splendid choice; there's always Foxwells Bridge Brook Dam to go to in the neighborhood of Cascade Brook. Be careful coming to Cascade Brook, you might not ever wanna return home again. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Cascade Brook. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by nearby Mill Brook, and a round of golf at nearby Willowdale Golf Club is a great way to kill some time. Cascade Brook is a reasonably wet place regularly with much rainfall; the month with most of the rain is November, and August is the month with the least moisture. Summertime highs at Cascade Brook frequently tend to be in the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's.
