Shiretown Motor Inn is a wonderful place to get some rest; My Brothers Place is a brilliant local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Have a great hiking adventure along the Pierce Tote Road, and Wilde Pines Campground is a good campground nearby. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Carry Lake; all through the month       of July you get the most rain around here while February is commonly the driest month. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting things the area in close proximity to Carry Lake has to offer. After a long day outdoors Scottish Inns Houlton is a great site to spend a night or two, and soar down the rapids of Meduxnekeag River - South Branch in a kayak. High temperatures at Carry Lake through the summertime are in the 70's. All through the moonlight                  hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are typically in the 20's while Carry Lake nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's. You're possibly interested in lakes, Deep Lake is one of those close by; since you're here you can take a hike along the Sweets Trail. If you're here at Carry Lake and you like golf, you can visit Houlton Community Golf Course, and unsurprisingly, this is a great vicinity for people who like lakes, Long Lake is a lake nearby.
