This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Carpenter Pond has to offer, you can camp at Frost Pond Campground, and going for a hike on the Old Telos Tote Road is always a pleasant adventure. From a rainfall point of view Carpenter Pond is a quite common place; July is the wettest month with most rain,       and February meanwhile is the driest month. Econo Lodge Inn & Suites is a splendid spot to get some rest. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things near Carpenter Pond. There's so much to do here at Carpenter Pond that you need to camp here for a while, South Branch Pond Campground is a great place for that, and there are good spots to explore along the Eagle Lake Tote Road. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend                  Webster Brook; do go to Hay Pond, it's a beautiful lake. Don't leave Carpenter Pond without first going for a hike along the Telephone Trail; Line Pond is a nearby lake that you could go to. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Carpenter Pond. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's.
