     Very delightful water scenery is available at Caribou Dam in close proximity to Caribou Deadwater, and a lake close by is Cassidy Deadwater. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Caribou Deadwater. This lake is so wonderful. A great spot for whitewater paddling near Caribou Deadwater is Penobscot River - West Branch, and why not camp at Caseys Spencer Bay Campground since you're here at Caribou Deadwater. If you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you  
   can always go whitewater paddling on Caucomgomoc Stream; camping is available at Seboomook wilderness Campground.
Caribou Deadwater is a good spot of common rainfall; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. After a long day outdoors Lodge at Moosehead Lake is a great place to spend a night or two, and Bean Pot Pond is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. Summertime highs at Caribou Deadwater
 
               ordinarily tend to be in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's; night lows at Caribou Deadwater all through the winter mostly drop into the-10's.

This is the web site for Seboomoook Wilderness Campground. Yes they are still there and it's still beautiful! Their phone number is at their web site. They have a new email address but I don't know what it is....
My family and I have been to seboomook campground for the last 7 years, Its beautiful, friendly and a great place to spend some time. When planning this years trip I have discovered that I cannot get to the web page,(when going to that page a porno site comes up) and the number I had made reservations on for the last 7 years is not in service. I dont understand this?...Is it still there???...
