     The beauty of Caribou Bog attracts many people from all around. Lakes are delightful; Natanis Pond is a lake that's right next door to Caribou Bog, and some nearby water includes Halfmile Brook. A swamp like Lower Hathan Bog in the neighborhood of Caribou Bog has lots of out of the ordinary things to see; you can run the rapids of Moose River - South Branch. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Black Arrow Lodge is a good spot to camp,  
   and there's whitewater on Dead River - North Branch for all you adrenaline junkies.
The Morrell Trail is a fine hiking trail near Caribou Bog, and hey, Gotta ski right? Saddleback is a great location to do that. But wait, there's more to do in the vicinity of Caribou Bog. On a nice day at Caribou Bog you can take a hike along the Arnold Pond Trail, and camping is available at Cathedral Pines Camping Area. Caribou Bog is a pretty wet place typically with a
 
               large amount of precipitation; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture.
There is a nice hiking trail right next door to Caribou Bog called the Arnold Trail, and naturally, this is a splendid vicinity for people who like lakes, Round Pond is a lake in the vicinity. This lake is so wonderful. For the duration of the summer months at Caribou Bog highs are mostly in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 20's with temperatures at Caribou Bog dipping down into the-10's through winter nights.
