months at Burgess Pond highs are usually in the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Highs through the winter are regularly in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Burgess Pond are in
the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Do go to Rack Pond close to Burgess Pond, it's a picturesque lake; the snow is splendid at Titcomb. Fayette Ridge is a peak you can see from Burgess Pond.
