Summertime at Bunker Ponds arrives with high temperatures in the 70's while night lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Bunker Ponds dipping down into the-10's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a glorious little       trip to Bunker Stream; why not camp at Balsam woods Campground since you're here at Bunker Ponds. Swamps can be such out of the ordinary sites, take a look at Dennin Swamp since you're here at Bunker Ponds; if you came for an overnight stay Northern Pride Lodge and Campground is a delightful site to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Number Four Mountain Trail, and if you've had enough of Bunker Ponds, Bear Pond is nearby. Bunker Ponds gets                  a common amount of rainfall; through the month of July you get the most rain around here; the driest of the months is February. Doughty Hill is a peak you can spot from Bunker Ponds, and if you need a location to stay Lodge at Moosehead Lake is a tremendous choice. The Intake Trail offers hiking at its best, obviously you could also check out Lily Pond while you're here; it's not far at all. This is no site for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves.
