Bunganut is a wonderful body of water. The fishing is excellent in the early spring for large and smallmouth bass. The water is beautiful and is perfect for cruising on a nice boat and enjoying the sunset. Just be careful of the rocks, as Bunganut means Land of rocks in some language.

The beauty of Bunganut Pond attracts many people from all around. This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of folks from Portland-South Portland here at Bunganut Pond, and a pleasant close by hotel is Super 8 Motel. A quick spree to Carll Branch in the vicinity of Bunganut Pond is a nice idea, and Sanford/Kennebunkport Super 8 Motel is a great spot to get some rest.
