If the weather is splendid here at Brown Pond, you can go for a hike along the Millinocket Lake Tote Road, and Libby Pinnacle is clearly visible from Brown Pond. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Brown Pond you can take a hike along the Mooseleuk Tote Road. There's so much to do here at Brown Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Umcolcus Sporting Camps is a good place for       that. Brown Pond is a good location of common rainfall; July is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Millinocket Stream, and going for a hike along the Munsungan Lake Tote Road will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. Throughout the summer months highs here at Brown Pond get into the 70's while night lows are mostly in the 50's. The winter                  brings highs down to the 20's while the cold winter nights at Brown Pond are in the-10's. If only every place had this much outdoors fun stuff, what a great planet it would be. Stay the night at Matagamon Wilderness Campground.
