If only every location had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great earth it would be. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Brown Pond; Munsungan Lake Tote Road is a tremendous local trail; in case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Millinocket Stream. All through the days       of summer here at Brown Pond, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's while night lows are ordinarily in the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Brown Pond temperatures sink to the-10's. Econo Lodge Inn & Suites is a tremendous location to get some rest. A wonderful spot to camp here at Brown Pond is Umcolcus Sporting Camps, and do check out Big Marsh Pond, it's a stunning                  lake. This lake is so wonderful. Brown Pond is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Matagamon Wilderness Campground is a nice local campground, and a pretty lake like Little Marsh Pond is a tremendous place to take a look at. The annual rain here at Brown Pond is about average; during July this area sees the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest.
