You can never get enough of the good skiing at Bigrock, and a good close by hotel is Crown Park Inn. At Brown Lake during the long summer days highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 10's with winter lows in the-10's overnight       here at Brown Lake. Brown Lake is a great location to visit for more than one day, Neil E Michaud Campground is a great location to camp nearby; not far from Brown Lake you'll discover Hersom Lake which is a wonderful lake. An average amount of rainfall falls at Brown Lake; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Aroostook River for all you                  adrenaline people, and near Brown Lake you stumble on a golf course called Mars Hill Country Club.
