Breakneck Ponds is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Union River, and get your heart pumping on the tremendous whitewater of Branch Lake Stream. Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort Bar Harbor, Me is a good place to get some rest; some nearby water includes Breakneck Brook. This lake is so wonderful. Breakneck Ponds is a wet location that gets much rain; all through November this area sees the most rain, and August is when it's the driest. and camping at Somes Sound View Campground is always a good experience. This lake is so wonderful. Breakneck Ponds is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Bar Harbor Campground is a nice local campground; do take a hike on
the North Bubble Trail. Don't leave Breakneck Ponds without first checking out The Bluffs; a spree to Acadia National Park is worthwhile. This place, Breakneck Ponds, it just has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Why not take a refreshing
hike along the Conners Nubble Trail, and Marlboro Beach is relatively nearby if you're in a beach type of mood. The panorama of Brewer Mountain from Breakneck Ponds is beautiful, and not far from Breakneck Ponds you get some delightful
water scenery at Eagle Lake Dam. Not far from Breakneck Ponds, you'll discover The Tarn which is a striking lake, and the McFarland Hill Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Highbrook
Motel is a nice choice, and if you want to hit the beach, Lamoine Beach is close at hand. Yeah, come here to Breakneck Ponds for a magnificent time. Taking a little spree to close by Canoe Point is a perfect idea, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at close by Jordan Pond.
