    Beautiful Brayley Pond has much to offer visitors. Brayley Pond is a good place of typical rainfall; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is February. Any time is a magnificent time at Brayley Pond if you have a thing about the outdoors. Third Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Eagle Lake Tote Road. This lake is so wonderful. Brayley Pond is great enough  
   to spend more than a day at, South Branch Pond Campground is a great local campground; on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Old Pogy Road.
Throughout the long summer days highs here at Brayley Pond get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Brayley Pond. After a long day outdoors Katahdin Inn is a splendid site to spend a night
 
               or two; why not take a little trip to Murphy Brook while you're here. Camping at Chimney Pond Campground is always a good experience, and in case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Munsungan Stream.
Webster Brook is a perfect whitewater spot in the vicinity of Brayley Pond, and if you get bored of Brayley Pond you could also pop by close by Upper Moose Pond. If the weather is great here at Brayley Pond, you can go for a hike along the Freezeout Road.
