So much amusing stuff to do here at Brayley Pond, too brilliant to be true. Go for a hike on the Eagle Lake Tote Road. There's so much to do here at Brayley Pond that you need to camp here for a while, South Branch Pond Campground is a glorious spot for that, and there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Munsungan Stream. This lake is so wonderful. There's splendid hiking along the Old Pogy Road, and after       a long day outdoors Katahdin Inn is a great place to spend a night or two. Don't leave Brayley Pond without first going for a hike along the Freezeout Road; if you came to camp Chimney Pond Campground is a brilliant location to do that. Brayley Pond is a good spot of typical rain; through the month of July you get the most rain around here; the driest month is February. Murphy Brook is in close proximity to Brayley Pond and is always a delight to go to,                  and if you come at the right time of year, Webster Brook offers some pleasant whitewater. For the period of the summertime months at Brayley Pond highs are commonly in the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's.
