Throughout the warm days of summer highs here at Bowlin Pond reach the 70's, and the night is fairly cooler of course, generally in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Bowlin Pond. You'll meet a lot of people from Bangor here. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Bowlin Pond; the month with most of the rain is July while February is the month with the       least amount of precipitation. Yeah, come here to Bowlin Pond for a perfect time. Visit Bowlin Brook since you're here at Bowlin Pond, and there are glorious places to explore along the Spring Brook Trail. Don't leave Bowlin Pond without first going for a hike along the Matagamon Tote Road, and there's whitewater on Seboeis River for all you adrenaline junkies. There are some good whitewater spots on Penobscot River - East Branch, and Bowlin Pond is perfect                  enough to spend more than a day at, Shin Pond Village Campground is a perfect local campground. There's so much to do here at Bowlin Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Matagamon Wilderness Campground is a good place for that; if you need a spot to stay Katahdin Inn is a splendid choice. This lake is so wonderful.
