The Bowl is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. On a pleasant day at The Bowl you can take a hike along the North Gorham Mountain Trail, and camping at Mt. Desert Narrows Camping Resort is always a tremendous experience. This lake is so wonderful. There are other sites here than The Bowl, for example The Tarn. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Beaver Dam Pond is close by,

Cadillac Cliffs is an attention-grabbing location to visit while at The Bowl, and the vista of The Beehive is wonderful. That right there is a load already, but it continues; The Bowl has it all. You have to explore Compass Harbor when you're here at The Bowl, and a day at Hunters Beach is time well spent. The high level of rain makes The Bowl a pretty wet location; the month of November is the wettest with

most of the rain, and August meanwhile is the driest month.
This lake is so wonderful. The Bowl is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Blackwoods Campground is a brilliant local campground, and there's a forest here called The Black Woods. Do go to The Tarn Dam since you're here at The Bowl; if you need a place to stay Acadia Hotel is a fine choice. Summertime at The Bowl arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are usually in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to The Bowl.

A journey to Acadia National Park is recommended, and there is a glorious hiking trail nearby called the Bowl Trail.
Beaches are wonderful; and Sand Beach next to The Bowl is no exception, and close by you stumble on the The Beehive Trail which is a nice hiking trail.
