After a long day outdoors Travel Inn is a good place to spend a night or two, and you'll possibly meet some people from Lewiston-Auburn here. The skiing at Lost Valley is magnificent, and you can stay the night at Riverbend Campground. Bonny Pond gets a great deal of water; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain; February is the month with the least moisture. Near Bonny Pond you come across a golf course called Springbrook Golf Club, and paddling

| | on Nezinscot River is so much fun. At Bonny Pond during the summer months highs are in the 70's while nighttime lows are generally in the 50's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's; overnight lows all through the winter for Bonny Pond tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is perfect on Cobbosseecontee Stream; of course, this is a glorious neighborhood for people who like lakes, Island Pond is a lake nearby. | |

This lake is so wonderful. Bonny Pond is a good place to visit for more than one day, Beaver Brook Campground is a good place to camp nearby. Now, you may imagine that's plenty but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here
at Bonny Pond. The Appalachian National Scenic Trail is a pleasant hiking trail near Bonny Pond; Norris Hill is a peak you can distinguish from Bonny Pond. A delightful nearby hotel is Winthrop Motel. Lakes are great; Cochnewagon Lake is a lake that's in the vicinity of Bonny Pond.

There needs to be a bunch of water in this stream to even make it doable. on 4/20 we were scooting-ass over many shallow spots in our yaks. Fun drops with laziness inbetween make for a good time especially for the novice.... |
