long day outdoors Winthrop Motel is a wonderful location to spend a night or two, and the Appalachian National Scenic Trail offers hiking at its best. Bonny Pond gets a lot of water; through the month of November you get the most rain around here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

There needs to be a bunch of water in this stream to even make it doable. on 4/20 we were scooting-ass over many shallow spots in our yaks. Fun drops with laziness inbetween make for a good time especially for the novice.... |
