Bog Pond is a nice lake to visit. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn & Suites is a good choice; going for a hike along the Piazza Rock Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Sugarloaf USA; Bog Pond is a great location to visit for more than one day, Dummer's Beach is a great location to camp nearby. On a brilliant day at Bog Pond you can take a hike along the Chimney Trail, and after a long day outdoors Wilson Lake Inn is a great place to spend a night or two. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Bog Pond has to offer, you can camp at Crocker Mountain Cirque Campground; there are some delightful whitewater spots on Orbeton Stream. Adley Pond if you're here at Bog Pond; it's nearby, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Sandy River. This lake is so wonderful. A lake close by is Toothaker Pond, and if the weather is pleasant, you can go for a hike along the Brook
Trail. Throughout the days of summer, highs generally are in the 70's at Bog Pond. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's
to Bog Pond. Be careful coming to Bog Pond, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Saddleback is a very popular ski area in the vicinity, and swing by Conant Stream it's a tremendous place to have a look at.

The bridge in New Sharon is by far the largest waves just under the bridge. Tired arms went through that at the near end of day. The water after that is fast for about an hour after that. The black diamond terrain is in a bowl that is separate from the rest of the ski area. Three advanced trails were added in the bowl this summer. The new lift services 12 Top-to-Bottom advanced skiing runs. NOVICES & INTERMEDIATES CAN SKI FROM THE SUMMIT -- FOR THE FIRST TIME The new quad chairlift also allows novice and intermediate skiers to ski from the summit for the first time. Novices can now enjoy the panoramic views and ski along the 4000 ft. ridge amongst rime-frosted conifers before descending to the base via the 3.1 mile America and Hudson Highway trails.
