All through the months of summer highs here at Bog Lake get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Bog Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights.       Bog Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; November is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is July. Camping at Knowlton's Seashore Campground is always a great experience, and there are other locations here than Bog Lake, for example Long Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Cathance Stream is a tremendous whitewater spot near Bog Lake, and if you came to camp Cobscook Bay State Park is a tremendous place to do that.
