The beauty of Blunder Pond attracts many people from all around. There are other sites here than Blunder Pond, for example Lost Pond. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Blunder Pond has to offer, you can camp at Chimney Pond Campground, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Blunder Pond; Old Pogy Road is a nice local trail. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. On a perfect day you can stop by Wadleigh Bog, a swamp close to Blunder Pond; a magnificent spot for whitewater paddling is Nesowadnehunk Stream River. Not far from Blunder Pond, you'll come across Hudson Pond which is a lovely lake, and Katahdin Inn is a good location to get some rest.
