     The beauty of Blunder Pond attracts many people from all around. There are other sites here than Blunder Pond, for example Lost Pond. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Blunder Pond has to offer, you can camp at Chimney Pond Campground, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Blunder Pond; Old Pogy Road is a nice local trail. This lake is so wonderful. Blunder Pond is a delightful place to visit for more than one day, South Branch Pond Campground  
   is a delightful place to camp nearby, and delightful hiking is available along the Eagle Lake Tote Road.
You can run the rapids of Webster Brook close to Blunder Pond; don't leave Blunder Pond without first going for a hike along the Freezeout Road. Blunder Pond gets a normal amount of annual rain; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain; February is when it's the driest. For the duration of the days of summer, highs typically are in
 
               the 70's at Blunder Pond. Summer night lows descend down to the 50's. All through the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 20's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Blunder Pond drop into the-10's.
This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. On a perfect day you can stop by Wadleigh Bog, a swamp close to Blunder Pond; a magnificent spot for whitewater paddling is Nesowadnehunk Stream River. Not far from Blunder Pond, you'll come across Hudson Pond which is a lovely lake, and Katahdin Inn is a good location to get some rest.
