Sure, North Inlet is just a very short distance away. On a good day at Bluff Pond you can take a hike along the Number Four Mountain Trail, and a good location to camp here at Bluff Pond is Casey's Spencer Bay Campground. Bluff Pond gets a typical amount of rain; July is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month       with the least amount of precipitation. For the duration of the summer months highs here at Bluff Pond get into the 70's, and the night is a tad colder of course, ordinarily in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Bluff Pond are in the-10's. This is a pleasant neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Big Lyford Pond is a lake close at hand, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Big Squaw is pretty near.                  This lake is so wonderful. Near Bluff Pond you stumble on the Big Spencer Mountain Trail which is a good hiking trail, and in the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Roach River. A great spot for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of Bluff Pond is Pleasant River - West Branch, and the panorama of Bluff Mountain is picturesque. This lake is so wonderful. Lodge at Moosehead Lake is a perfect spot to get some rest. So many enjoyable things in the neighborhood of Bluff Pond, just fantastic.
