Summertime highs at Blackmore Pond generally tend to be in the 70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Blackmore Pond. From a precipitation point of view Blackmore Pond is a reasonably typical place; July is when you get the most rain       here, and February is the month with the least moisture. If you need a location to stay Katahdin Inn is a great choice; do take a hike on the Eagle Lake Tote Road. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Webster Brook; Blackmore Pond is not the only place nearby, Little Moose Pond is a nearby lake.
