Getting to Haley Brook from Black Pond is trouble-free, and get covered with water paddling on Ossipee River. This lake is so wonderful. The snow is delightful at Cranmore Mountain, and White Mountain Hotel and Resort is a fine location to get some rest. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Black Pond; the nighttime is a tad colder of course, usually in the 50's. All through       the wintertime the highs are typically in the 20's, and night lows at Black Pond throughout the wintertime typically descend into the 0's. Black Pond is a wet place that gets a good deal of rainfall; through the month of November you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is September. This lake is so wonderful. Fryeburg Dam has splendid water scenery and it's near Black Pond; if you need a place to stay Oxford House Inn is a tremendous                  choice. Yeah, come here to Black Pond for a pleasant time. Camping at Fiddlehead Campground is always a great experience, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Black Pond; Province Brook Trail is a great local trail. Black Pond is located in the White Mountains. You can catch a sight of Bald Peak from Black Pond; the Weeks Brook Trail offers hiking at its best. Black Pond is right by the Kearsarge Trail, of course you could also go to Clays Pond while you're here; it's not far at all. This place, Black Pond, it clearly has so much outdoors cool stuff. Head up to King Pine and strap some skis to your feet; whitewater paddling is delightful on Ossipee River. Just can't get enough of the White Mountains. Camping is available at Zen Farm RV Resort, and perhaps you're looking for close by lakes?
