This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at The Perennial Inn, and Mountain View Campground is a delightful local campground. Birch Pond gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; the wettest month of the year is mostly August, that's the one that rains the most, and February is the month with the least moisture. For the period of the warm months highs here at Birch Pond get into the 70's, and during the       night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 20's with temperatures at Birch Pond dipping down into the-10's during winter nights. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things at Birch Pond. If you came for an overnight stay Coos Canyon Cabins and Campground is a good location to camp; you can run the rapids of Swift River. This lake is so wonderful. A day on the slopes of Saddleback is just what                  you need, and if you need a spot to stay Grand Summit Resort Sunday River is a splendid choice. Take a side journey to Birch Brook; do visit Swift River Reservoir, it's a lovely lake. And that's not all you can do here in the White Mountains. The Chimney Trail offers hiking at its best, and from Birch Pond you acquire a great view of Bunker Mountain. This lake is located in the wonderful White Mountains. Muskrat Pond is a nearby lake that you could explore, and Sandy River is a brilliant whitewater spot nearby. So much entertaining stuff in the White Mountains, just unbelievable.
