This lake is one of the great places here in the White Mountains. Birch Pond is a good place of common rain; most of the rain falls during August, and February is the month with the least moisture. If you need a place to stay The Perennial Inn is a magnificent choice; you can never get enough of the good skiing at Black Mountain. At Birch Pond throughout the long summer days highs are in the 70's, and       all through the night it cools down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and night lows through the wintertime for Birch Pond tend to be in the-10's. So many cool things to do in the White Mountains, not enough time. Birch Brook is in close proximity to Birch Pond and is always a joy to have a look at, and the Brook Trail is a great hiking trail close by. This place, the White Mountains, has so much outdoors exciting                  things. You get a good view of Bunker Mountain from Birch Pond; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by nearby Swift River Reservoir. Grand Summit Resort Sunday River is a glorious place to get some rest, and nice skiing awaits you at Saddleback. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! Birch Pond rocks!
