Birch Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. The view of Bunker Mountain from Birch Pond is beautiful; don't leave Birch Pond without first going for a hike along the Brook Trail. If you come at the right time of year, Sandy River offers some splendid whitewater, and Birch Pond is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Coos Canyon Cabins and Campground is a nice local campground. And if that's not enough there's a lot more cool things to

| | do in the White Mountains. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Swift River, and there's good hiking along the Angel Falls Trail. Birch Pond beyond doubt is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Saddleback is close to Birch Pond; Birch Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to. This lake is so wonderful. sites to explore along the Chimney Trail. This lake is one of the great places here in the White Mountains. Birch Pond gets a normal amount of rainfall; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February is the month with
the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Grand Summit Resort Sunday River is a great choice. Now, you may assume that's heaps but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here in the White Mountains.
A nice place to camp here at Birch Pond is Mountain View Campground, and dry warm beds await you at The Perennial Inn. For the period of the warm days of summer, highs typically are in the 70's at Birch Pond. For the duration
of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are frequently in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Birch Pond plunge into the-10's.
