There's so much to do here at Billfish Pond that you need to camp here for a while, South Branch Pond Campground is a nice location for that; you're most likely into lakes, Round Pond is one of those close by. This lake is so wonderful. Getting to Billfish Brook from Billfish Pond is uncomplicated, and a perfect panorama of delightful Bald Mountain is available. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Wassataquoik Tote Road; obviously, this is a great vicinity for folks who like lakes, Littlefield Pond is a lake around here. For the duration of the summer at Billfish Pond highs are frequently in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. on Millinocket Stream. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Billfish Pond has to offer, you can camp at Matagamon Wilderness Campground. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is glorious here at Billfish Pond, you
can go for a hike along the Freezeout Road. This place is excellent, just explore all the fun stuff to do in close proximity to Billfish Pond. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Penobscot River - East Branch, and do schedule
some time to have a look at Hub Hall Cove if you have a chance. While you're here at Billfish Pond you can take a hike along the Matagamon Tote Road, and after a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Inn & Suites is a glorious site to spend a night or two.
