You'll need more than a day to look at everything Big Pond has to offer, you can camp at Hermit Island Campground. The high level of precipitation makes Big Pond a quite wet spot; most of the rain falls through November, and the driest of the months is July. This lake is so wonderful. Head Beach is in the vicinity of Big Pond and is a beautiful beach to have a look at, and if you need a spot to stay Galen C Moses House B and is a nice choice. Get                  your heart pumping on the glorious whitewater of Cathance River. Through the days of summer here at Big Pond, high temperatures usually reach the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are ordinarily in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Big Pond. You should absolutely check out wonderful Hunnewell Beach if you're here at Big Pond.
