Dry warm beds await you at Bingham Motor Inn, and why not camp at Northern Pride Lodge and Campground while you're here at Big Notch Pond. This is no site for people who don’t like to have a good time. Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not take a look at Little Notch Pond near Big Notch Pond, and if you came for an overnight stay Casey's Spencer Bay Campground is a pleasant spot to camp. This lake is so wonderful.       Piscataquis River - East Branch has a magnificent whitewater paddling spot nearby; the Big Squaw Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best. A typical amount of rain falls here at Big Notch Pond; the wettest month of the year is frequently July, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is February. At Big Notch Pond through the summer months highs are in the 70's with night lows in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are usually in the 20's with                  winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Big Notch Pond. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Intake Trail, and paddling on Kennebec River - East Outlet is so much fun.
