     Why not camp at Enchanted Outfitters & Lodge since you're here at Big Dimmick Pond; Big Dimmick Pond is right by the Arnolds Trail. An average amount of rainfall falls at Big Dimmick Pond; the month of November is the wettest with most of the snow, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Summer at Big Dimmick Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 20's  
   while Big Dimmick Pond night low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's. A delightful nearby hotel is Bingham Motor Inn, and Mountain Dimmick Pond is a nearby lake that you could visit.
This lake is so wonderful. A perfect site to camp here at Big Dimmick Pond is Northern Outdoors; hiking along the Intake Trail is pleasant fun. If you're here at Big Dimmick Pond, you could take a look at Dimmick Stream, and there's whitewater on Austin Stream
 
               for all you adrenaline rush seekers. This lake is so wonderful. Herbert Grand Hotel is a magnificent location to get some rest.
Just can't get enough of Big Dimmick Pond. You can make out Dimmick Mountain from Big Dimmick Pond, and do take a hike on the Big Squaw Mountain Trail. Do pop by Little Dimmick Pond near Big Dimmick Pond, it's a delightful lake, and you can run the rapids of Moxie Stream.

Breezy Acres Camps and Guide Service is located in both Solon and Eustis Maine. He have housekeeping cabins which are set up with full size stoves, refrigerators,microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The beds are made with linens and there are plenty of towels for the shower in the bathroom. Each cabin has its own picnic table, charcoal grill and outside fire pit. We can sleep up to 38 people.

You can access snowmobile and ATV trails right from the cabin for many miles of riding. Canoeing and kayaking on various lakes, ponds, streams and rivers are a great way to relax. Hunting, fishing, golf and white water rafting are some of the other activities that we offer.

We offer reasonable rates and great hospitality.

Eaton Mountain provides affordable and convenient skiing, snowboarding, and snowtubing to the greater Waterville/Skowhegan area. The mountain boasts a suprising variety of terrain for a compact ski area including glades, challenging steeps, and classic New England style trails. Most of the area is covered with snowmaking and is lit for nightskiiing. Equipment rentals and lessons are available. The base lodge has a snackbar and provides a place to warm up by the wood stove and meet friends.
The ski area has new owners as of November 2008 and will not be operating for the 2008-09 ski season. The new owners will be taking the time to make improvements and prepare for a grand reopening in the fall of 2009. Immediate improvements are planned to include an all new snowtubing facility and widening of the Moose slope for a new terrain park.
The ski area is located on Lambert Road, just off Route 2 between Skowhegan and Canaan....
