Big Beaver Pond       gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; July is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month is February. There's so much to do here at Big Beaver Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Matagamon Wilderness Campground is a fine location for that; Millinocket Stream has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Big Beaver Pond. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in the                  50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's; night lows at Big Beaver Pond during the winter ordinarily dip into the-10's.
