If you are in Oxford county it's always a good idea to stop by Berry Pond. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a delightful time here at Berry Pond. Green Hill is clearly visible from Berry Pond; enjoy a round of golf at Bridgton Highlands Country Club. The high level of rain makes Berry Pond a pretty wet spot; through November this area sees the most rain; September meanwhile is the driest month. | | adventure, and Oxford House Inn is a wonderful place to get some rest.
This lake is so wonderful. Gotta ski! Mount Abram is a splendid place to do that; on a brilliant day you can take a hike along the Albany Brook Trail. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Shawnee Peak, and if you've had enough of Berry Pond, Little Pond is nearby. Soar down the rapids of Crooked River in a kayak, and Berry Pond is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Canal Bridge Campground | |

Through the summer months, highs usually are in the 80's at Berry Pond; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 20's
while the cold winter nights at Berry Pond are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a splendid little spree to Plummer Brook, and a delightful close by hotel is Pleasant Mountain Inn. There's so much to do here
at Berry Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Lakeside Pines Campground is a good place for that.
There is a magnificent hiking trail in the vicinity of Berry Pond called the Albany Mountain Trail, of course you could also go to Black Pond while you're here; it's not far at all.
