A great site to camp here at Bell Pond is Roaring Brook Campground; nearby you locate the Howe which is a good hiking trail. There are some great whitewater spots on Sandy Stream, and Inscription Rock is an exciting thing to distinguish since you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Why not stop at close by Pogy Brook while you're here at Bell Pond, and a lake nearby is Weed Pond. High temperatures at Bell Pond during the days of summer are in the 70's while night

| | lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are usually in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Bell Pond are in the-10's. The South Branch Trail is a perfect hiking trail near Bell Pond, and if you come at the right time of year, Nesowadnehunk Stream River offers some great whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. wettest month of the year is usually July, that's the one that rains the most, and February is the month with the least moisture. Bell Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, South Branch Pond Campground is a great local
campground, obviously you could also take a look at Pogy Pond since you're here; it's not far at all. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things at Bell Pond. On a tremendous day at Bell Pond you can take a hike along the Wassataquoik Tote Road; Grand Falls is a delightful local attraction.
