     You need to check out Jordan Ledge if you're here at Beech Hill Pond, and Junk of Pork Rock is another glorious place to go to nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Dunn Beach; get yourself into a kayak and hit Branch Lake Stream. Wormwood Pond is a nearby lake that you could have a look at, and after a long day outdoors White Birches Country Club is a good place to spend a night or two.

   Park, and nothing beats kicking back at Jesse Beach. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Beech Hill Pond; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain while February is generally the driest month. This place, Beech Hill Pond, it just has so much outdoors fun stuff. While you're here at Beech Hill Pond, you could also take a look at beautiful Youngs Pond, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Old Gold Mine Trail.
 
               If you need a site to stay Twilite Motel is a brilliant choice, and you get a splendid vista of Grotto Hill from here. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Peaked Mountain Trail is pleasant fun, and Parks Pond Campground is a good campground nearby. Get drenched paddling on Tannery Brook River, and why not have a look at Deep Cove also while you're here.
Yeah, come here to Beech Hill Pond for a perfect time. Take a little trip to Harvey Brook while you're here at Beech Hill Pond, and going for a hike along the Bald Mountain Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. All through the summer months here at Beech Hill Pond, high temperatures commonly get into the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Beech Hill Pond temperatures drop to the 0's.

Wooded lakeside campground with water activities, game room, store, laundry, free hot showers and free Wi-Fi.  Relax by your campfire or explore Bar Harbor, 26 miles away.  Ft. Knox in Bucksport is only 5 miles south. We are located on Toddy Pond, a 10 mile lake with great fishing and boating.  The lake offers pickerel, large mouth bass, trout, sun fish, salmon and more. We have powered pontoon boats, fishing boat rentals, kayaks, canoes and paddle boats.  We are a family campground.  Pets are welcome at an extra cost. Friday night is movie night.  Saturday morning arts and crafts for children, Saturday afternoons Candy Bingo and Saturday night bonfire at the waterfront (weather permitting). Hay rides both Friday and Saturday nights. Beech Mountain West Ridge Trail

...m the West Ridge Trail is steep, but short. The trailhead is off of an un-named dead-end dirt road that runs north off of Lavery Spring Road, another dirt road that terminates at the lower east shore of Long Pond.

The trail descends immediately from the little dirt road cul-de-sac to a little stream. After this brief 50-yard descent, it's all uphill, and steep to boot. The hiker is rewarded with views towards Long pond below to the west and Mansell Mountain beyond as he/she ascends. The views tend to get better as you go higher (imagine that?), although the trail alternates between wooded and fairly open rock, meaning that the good views are sporadic.

After 6/10 of a mile you'll come to a trail intersection. The Beach Mountain Loop trail heads left (north) towards the parking area off of Beech Hill Road. You'll want to go to the right/straight, where you can make the final 1/10 of a mile push to the summit of Beech.
