Go for a hike on the Lead Mountain Trail; Narraguagus River is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Do check out Gray Pond close to Beddington Lake, it's a striking lake; after a long day outdoors Bar Harbor Inn is a glorious location to spend a night or two. It's a wonderful idea to take a look at Little Narraguagus River, it's next to Beddington Lake. Beddington Lake gets a typical       amount of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is November; the driest of the months is February. Don't leave Beddington Lake without first going for a hike along the Eagle Lake Trail, and you'll come across a striking lake called Chalk Pond. Camping at Flanders Bay is always a great experience; the top of Spruce Mountain is easily made out from Beddington Lake. Through the long summer days here at Beddington Lake, high temperatures frequently reach                  the 70's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 50's. Through the winter the highs are mostly in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Beddington Lake temperatures drop to the 0's. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Beddington Lake.
